I put vegan in parentheses because you can totally give this to milk drinkers and they will not even know, in fact, they might even say its better than any other pumpkin ice-cream they've ever had, even better than at a creamery.
1 cup Pumpkin Puree ( I went old school and roasted an organic sugar pie pumpkin I get from my weekly farm box, but this is a just a shout out to support your local farmers and eat better food heres the link so you can also have a farmbox)
1 cup cashews
1 cup silk heavy cream
1 cup water
1 cup maple sugar
cinnamon
ginger powder
nutmeg
cloves
allspice
pinch of salt
blend all in vitamix
pour into icecream maker
